Born and raised in Pennsylvania Molly was a professional actor at age thirteen at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater in a production of The Snow Queen. The role she played was Little Red Ridinghood shortly after performing in Arden Theater s Into the Woods production in which she won a Barrymore Award nomination. She portrayed the same role in Into the Woods in Broadway when she was 15, and earned a Drama League Award nomination. Molly was also a part of the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof, in the year 2004. She then attended Princeton University where she was a member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with a B.A. In 2008, she graduated with the degree of B.A. During this time she also made her film debut in Disney The College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. Molly has worked on TV shows including Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of regional productions like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as part of Barrington Stage Company's production and NSH Music Theatre's 2008 production and the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she played Anne. Molly is best known for playing Ali the teenage daughter, in Paranormal Activity 2, a film from 2010, in which Jack Burditt wrote and directed.
